Hospital Ops + VQ

Our ER leadership team—hospital managers, nursing managers, shift leads, and medical directors—oversees all aspects of our hospitals. A role in hospital leadership holds valuable responsibilities ranging from managing a budget to hiring and managing staff, communicating medical excellence, and fostering culture within our hospitals.

Our hospital ops team—veterinary assistants, receptionists, customer experience associates, and inventory coordinators—thrives to get ER done the VEG Way! They’re the engine that keeps things running smoothly so we can give people and their pets the best care experience possible.

VQ is made up of the people who serve our frontline heroes and ensure we can help people and their pets when they need it most. Located in White Plains, NY, these VEGgies work behind the scenes on everything from real estate and finance to marketing and operations—but are also able to collaborate and contribute across VEG.
